Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Shorty is a handsome orange tabby with a super sweet disposition. He came to our shelter as a tiny kitten and has grown up with all of the other cats in the shelter. Shorty is gregarious with people, kids, other cats, and dogs, and needs to be adopted with other pets, preferably cats, present in the house. He has grown so accustomed to life at the Shelter that he has had two failed adoptions as a result of withdrawing in his new environment. He's going to need an adopter that is patient and experienced with transitioning animals.
Our adoption process:
It is our goal to match each animal with the most compatible home, based on their personality and temperament. In order to do this we ask that all potential adopters fill out an adoption interview, as well as talk with a staff member about what they are looking for in a new pet. By doing this we can better match adoptee with an adopter, resulting in forever homes!
