Brad's Info...

Brad's Story...
Brad is such a sweetheart! He is about 10 months old and weights about 40 pounds (as of June). He loves to play with other dogs and becomes fast friends with any dog he meets. Regardless if it's playing in sprinklers or at the pool at doggy daycare, this guy loves to swim! He has a lot of energy and he would do best with an active family. With daily exercise, he is the perfect snuggle bug when it's time to chill! Brad has never met a stranger and is very well behaved in public. He would love to tag along with you where ever you are going to meet new friends! Brad likes children and would do best with children 10 years and up. Although he doesn't live with cats, he has been around them several times and is uninterested in them. He is crate and house trained and knows basic commands and is working on his leash manners. He is such a good boy and can't wait to find a home of his own!

If you're interested in adopting Brad, please visit our website at www.c2cnd.org & click on "adoption process" to fill out an application! Adoption fee for pups up to 2 years of age is $250, 2+ years is $225, & giant breeds is $350 - this covers their age appropriate shots, microchip, deworming, heartworm test (if old enough to be tested & treatment if necessary), and spay/neuter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brad, a Charlotte Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
