Rudy (the Red Rottie) Valentino is a young, handsome individual. Rudy is a 2 yr old red Rottweiler/Dogue de Bordeaux mix. He was found as a stray and owners never reclaimed him from the shelter. He is neutered and current on all vaccines. He is heartworm negative and weighs 95lbs. Rudy knows how to sit, shake and lay down on command. He is such a huge lover and wants to stand up and give big hugs. He is working with a prong collar and doing great! True to his rottie genes, he is a giant love bug!! We feel Rudy would do best in a house with female dogs and NO CATS. Because of his size and strength, we cannot consider adopters with children under age 12. Rudy is in need of local foster, until he is adopted. Adoption fee $250. APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED!
BEGINNING 2015 ALL PETS PLACED THROUGH OUR RESCUE WILL BE MICROCHIPPED. COST OF CHIPPING INCLUDED IN ADOPTION FEE.

Bluegrass Senior Dog Rescue recruits individuals to foster our dogs on a temporary or permanent basis.
NOTE-Fosters must live within 100 mile radius of Georgetown KY.
