My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blake is a handsome black and white, Terrier/Retriever/Pit Bull mix. His former owner surrendered him when he realized he wasn't going to be able to properly take care of him. Blake is good with everyone and will most likely grow into a large dog so a household with teenagers and adults is probably best. He is currently in foster with several other dogs (of various sizes) and is getting along very well with them. He does; however, not get along so well with cats. He does great in the car uncrated, riding along nicely in the back seat. Blake has lots of puppy energy so he'll need to have adequate exercise and stimulation every day. He seems to do well on a leash for being a young pup. He's a happy, fun and inquisitive fella who goes with the flow and already knows sit and lay down. One of our longtime supporters has graciously offered to sponsor training classes for this young guy. Blake is neutered, up-to-date on his shots and microchipped.
