Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tessa is a sweet dog. She may have been either a feral dog or abused. She has come to learn to love human contact and finds comfort in her foster dog siblings. She will do well in a home with one or two other dogs that will be patient with her need to learn to trust fully. Despite all she has been through she is incredibly sweet. Patience will be needed to allow her some time to warm up but once she does she will steal your heart. She is good around cats and older children. A calm household will be beneficial for her continued growth and her ability to trust. Tessa has a lot of love to share. With such a rough start she needs to find her fur ever home to flourish and be the amazing dog her foster family has experienced. Visit www.dbgsdrescue.org to fill out an adoption application if interested. Tessa's adoption fee is $200.
