My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Kieva, the Celtic word for "gentle, beautiful, and precious." My name fits me to a T! I was found very dirty and wandering around Sacramento. I am about 4 months old. Despite the unfortunate circumstances that brought me to CATS, I love playing with other dogs and, though I am a little bit bigger than a chihuahua, I am a total lap dog! I love being around my people and have bonded very quickly to my new foster family. I am quickly acclimating to the crate training process and should be perfectly potty trained in no time!
