UPDATE: Ready for a forever home.
Meet Sarah, a loving and compassionate 49 pound, 2 year old female Great Pyrneese/Pointer mix.
Sarah was rescued from a local animal shelter after being there a couple of weeks.
Sarah is a shy and quiet girl when you first meet her. It takes her a little bit of time to trust you, but when she does, you discover her inner beauty and desire to love. She has the potential to be a very devoted family member. She has an easy going, affectionate personaility and is good with other dogs (small and large), people and children. She LOVES kids, and can't get enough of them. Her favorite activities include cuddle time with her human pack members, getting the love and attention she desires, and plenty of playtime with her doggie playmates. She loves a good game of doggie chase or a wrestling match.
Sarah is looking for a home with a big fenced yard to run and play in, a family willing to give her time to adjust to her new surroundings, and the desire to have a devoted family member. High on her wish list are: doggie companions to play with, some kids to give her belly rubs and hugs, and a warm doggie bed inside to curl up on where she feels all safe and comfortable. She may do best in a cat-free home.
Sarah is spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, is on flea and heartworm prevention and received age appropriate vaccinations.
Sarah's adoption fee is only $75.
Donations help us to keep our adoption fees low and allows us to help more animals in need.
If you are interested in giving Sarah a loving forever home, please visit our webpage at www.parkerpaws.org and complete an adoption application.
