My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pictures are coming very soon!

Meet Bella!

She is a Blue 3 year old spayed female Great Dane. She is on the smaller side at about 115lbs.

Bella was an owner surrender but was well cared for as she received a perfect bill of health from the Vet, Heartworm/Parasite Negative, no allergies or medical issues etc.

Bella came to Forever Friends Great Dane Rescue because she began to have aggressive tendencies to the un-spayed female in the house when she went into heat.

However, Bella does great with the two spayed labs that reside in her foster home. She wants to play with them but they are unsure of her size, so she finds her play time with the neighbor dog as they run and play on the fence line.

Bella is very sweet, and follows her foster dad everywhere he goes!

Bella has in the past been allowed on furniture so that seems normal to her.

She is housebroken, crate trained (probably doesn't need to be though) but needs work on a leash.

She rides great in the car and can easily get in and out on her own.

Like most Great Danes Bella is protective of her house and family.

She in unsure of new people at first but after a little bit starts to warm up.

Ideally Bella would like to be an only dog as she loves all the attention, food and toys in the house.

She is not aggressive at all about these items but spends more time guarding her food than eating it!

Also Bella would need a traditional fence as she will chase traffic as they pass.

Bella is a good girl and knows how to sit and shake if you ask nicely and reward her with a yummy treat of big hug!

This awesome girl will make someone so very happy to have her.

Sweet Bella is current on vaccinations, on HW prevention and microchipped.
