My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, hi, hi I'm Periwinkle (Peri is my nickname). I'm a one year old beagle puppy. Yes I have a lot of puppy left in me. I'm full of energy I love to play, play, play. I like to play with humans and I like to wrestle with my dog friends. I love walks and fetching a ball. I am beautiful! The vet called me "perfect". I'm a 15 inch beagle and 21 lbs. I also have a cute diamond pattern on my head.

I'm almost 100% house broken; just a few accidents when no one watches. I am a beagle so I do bad things regarding food. I can open the garbage can and can jump on a chair… oh! and counter surf too. Really I'm smart so my foster mom is trying to channel this into positive learning like sit and stay.

I love to cuddle and I'm super soft. I'm always happy to see my family. My tail doesn't just wag it goes round and round like a helicopter when I'm happy. When I first came to my foster house I was very shy and timid but I'm more outgoing now and very energetic. I need an active family because I love going on walks or playing in the yard.
