Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Darla is a 5 year old Havanese/Shih Tzu (possibly Maltese) . She is an owner “surrender” . She cried and panicked in boarding and was shaking so violently she could barely stand up. She was matted and had not been cared for. Now, just a week or so later, she is content in her new foster home and is coming out of her shell day by day. She is completely housebroken, loves the park and is not aggressive to dogs or people. She is also really really into belly rubs and will roll over on her back for petting if you come anywhere near her! She loves kids and gets along with other dogs. She loves her walks to much and could trot alongside you forever. She is a little shy with new people but is warming up and gaining confidence. Darla is affectionate and loving and is clearly really enjoying being part of a pack. We now need to find her permanent pack. She loves her treats and is very docile. She doesn’t make a big deal out of anything. She would make a wonderful companion for someone.
