Judy's Story...
Introducing Judy. Miss Judy (named after the foster's mom....that's how much she loves her) was rescued from the euthanasia list at Memphis Animal Services. She was the victim of black dog syndrome at a time when there were lots and lots of black dogs there. Miss Judy just kind of sat, not totally selliing herself, not jumping up and down, not demanding attention, and so she was overlooked. We are so glad we met her and brought her into our rescue.

Judy has absolutely flourished in her foster home. She lives with other dogs and kids and is adored by everyone who meets her. Judy loves nothing more than to snuggle up next to you, put her head in your lap and just be there, soaking in the love. If you are looking for a love of a dog, look no further than Judy.

Judy's adoption fee of $450 includes her spay surgery, deworming, microchip, Bordetella kennel cough vaccination, rabies vaccination, five in one canine vaccination, health certificate, and transportation from Memphis to your area once adopted. Please email us at wilsonanimalrescue@yahoo.com for an application on the special girl.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Judy, a Rochester Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Rochester, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Rochester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester paves the way for another one to be saved.
