Nikki (3.5 lbs.)'s Story...
Meet Nikki! She is 6 years old and weighs about 3.5 lbs, a beautiful tiny white chihuahua. Her owner became ill and could no longer take care of her, she was given to a family member who kept her outside tied up on a patio.

The owner contacted our group and asked if we could take her in and find someone that would love her and take better care of her. She is great with other dogs and people and loves to snuggle:-)

She is spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on shots. If you are interested in Nikki, please complete the on-line application as she does not always attend the weekly PETCO adoption event on Saturdays. You can also contact us for more information at:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nikki (3.5 lbs.), a Studio City Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Studio City, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Studio City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Studio City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Studio City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Studio City paves the way for another one to be saved.
