Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Jackson, but you can call me Jack if you want. I am a sweet 1-year-old male Beagle/Hound mix that weighs about 30lbs. I have been told that I have the softest ears and some great eyeliner. I am well past my puppy phase, so I'm not going to get any bigger, but I have plenty of energy to play and I love some good chew toys. I enjoy being walked and will even fetch a ball for you! I am definitely a "people" dog and I love to cuddle.
I get along wonderfully with children; even the little ones! I love to play with other dogs and I am not aggressive with cats, but there is nothing better than chasing and barking at them! Since I'm a hound, I can be loud when I'm excited, but most of the time I am fairly quiet. I am neutered, crate trained, housebroken, microchipped and up to date on all my shots. I even respond to my name and will complete a few basic commands.
My foster mom thinks I'm a wonderful dog that would adapt well to just about any loving home. I prefer to be indoors and when I am outdoors, I need a good solid fence or you can walk me on a leash since I have been known to escape from chain link and electronic fences. I'm incredibly smart and will train easily since I'm a sucker for tasty treats.
