Pacino's Story...
Adoption Pending. PACINO is a handsome black and tan mix male who was found wearing a collar on 1/31/15 on Mercer in Union City in NW TN. He was not claimed while at UC Animal Control so he was rescued and is now in a foster home. He is estimated to be 2 years old and weighs 48 pounds. He tested positive for heartworm and is receiving treatment for that. He has been vaccinated and neutered. He gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playing although his energy may be a little too much for older, less active dogs. He is enthusiastic when it comes to being fed a treat by hand so a little work on taking treats or food gently is needed. If you live in another state, don't let that stand in your way. We will work to transport Pacino if it means he will have a good forever home. If you are another rescue group, we will waive the adoption fee but you can make a donation toward vetting at your discretion. The adoption fee will help our 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue to pay for his veterinary care and neuter.
