Tara aka Mamma Dog, *Adoption Pending*'s Story...
Meet Tara otherwise known as Mamma Dog... I am a 3 yr old Chihuahua that is looking for a forever home. I originally came to Four Paws after I was left at the shelter and then gave birth. My two pups have since found their forever homes and now it is my turn to find my own family. I am happy, playful and lots of fun. I will keep you smiling and laughing. I am great with other dogs, love to play, crate trained and house broken. I like to hang out and play in my wading pool as well. Come take a look at me and see just how much personality I really have. I am spayed, vaccinated & chipped. Please contact Rebecca at 619-851-1129 or email Elizabeth at thomasandfriends@cox.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tara aka Mamma Dog, *Adoption Pending*, a El Cajon Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
