Bella's Story...
Meet Bella....I am a 18 month old pup that is looking for a forever home after I was found dumped over a fence in to the backyard of my foster home. I was pregnant when I was dumped and had 6 beautiful pups on July 17th. (They will be ready for their homes on Sept 11th. Please see their individual bios if you are interested.) I am housebroken, crate trained, walk well on a leash and love to go for walks and car rides. I get along well with other dogs and currently live with 6 other dogs in my foster home. I will be spayed, vaccinated and chipped prior to adoption. Please contact my foster parents Ken & Lorna at 858-344-9960 to see how sweet I really am.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a El Cajon Dachshund/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Chihuahua for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Dachshund/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Chihuahua breeders who help with Dachshund/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
