Twinkle was rescued from a high kill shelter with her sister (now adopted). She is extremely sweet and loves people as well as other dogs. She LOVES to play and enjoys running around as much as she loves snuggling with her person. She is crate trained and house trained. She is fixed, microchippped, and fully vaccinated.
