Most recent update:

Lexi is a black lab mix who is approx. 10 months old (as of early March). She is crate trained and making great progress with housetraining. Lexi and her sister Lacy were found in a rural area and rescued by our southern partners, they appear to have been dumped by someone and didn’t have a lot of experience living indoors. They are very sweet girls and Lacy has been adopted. Lexi weighs about 50 lbs. so she is a terrific medium size and should fill out a bit more. She is a typical water-loving lab and is great with the other dogs in her foster home. We don’t have info regarding children and cats yet but we are working on it. In the photos, Lexi is the dog on the floor next to her sweet sister on the dog bed.

To apply to adopt this dog, please visit our web site to access our application and learn more about adoption through Lucky Pup Rescue, www.luckypuprescue.org, or request an application via email, luckypuprescue@yahoo.com.

Please note, we do not have a physical location, but we are supported by a network of wonderful foster homes that are spread throughout New England. A dog will need to be visited by a prospective adopter in the foster home where they are feeling safe and comfortable.

Thank you for considering rescue!
