Natalie's Story...
Natalie
Female-Tortoiseshell,Domestic Short Hair,Mix
Estimated birthdate….9-06-08.
Adoption fee - $85.00.
Natalie is as cute and friendly as they get. She loves to give kisses. She is very outgoing, playful and very VERY cuddly. She would do fine in an active household. She has not been around dogs but should do fine if introduced properly. She would probably do fine with children however since she is still very young and fragile, small children should be closely supervised. She was found all alone when she was about three weeks old. Natalie has been spayed, current on vaccinations, tested for feline leukemia and will also receive a free well exam at one of our participating Vets. You can visit Natalie in either her foster home in Shawnee or on Saturdays at our adoption center at Mariposa Vet Clinic from Noon to 5. Mariposa Vet Clinic is located at 13900 Sante Fe Trail Drive in Old Town Lenexa. If you do choose to visit at the foster home an application is required first. Just call 913-422-1911 or e-mail kittycityKS@aol.com and one will be e-mailed to you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Natalie, a Lenexa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lenexa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Lenexa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lenexa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lenexa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lenexa paves the way for another one to be saved.
