Titan's Story...
Titan is a big, beautiful gray tabby boy! He's about 9 months old and looking for a forever home. Titan and his sisters were left in a box at the back door of the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City. They found the shelter environment very scary, so they came to stay with their foster Mom. Titan is friendly and will burrow under your elbow to get pet. He would get along with a well-behaved dog and likes other cats alot! See his sister Tilly on this site also. Titan has been neutered, vaccinated, treated for fleas & ear mites & tested negative for Felv and FIV. Titans's adoption fee is $50.00. An application is required prior to a visit. If you are interested in adopting him e-mail his foster home at MDEPRIMA@COMCAST.NET. Thanks for looking at Titan and we hope you might be his forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Titan, a Lenexa Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lenexa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Lenexa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lenexa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lenexa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lenexa paves the way for another one to be saved.
