Oden's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Oden's Story...
Oden is a very friendly young man! As soon as you pick him up, he starts to purr and likes to touch your face with his paws. His background is unknown, but he's obviously been around people and likes them alot! He's vocal and lets you know he wants attention. He like to play with other cats, but is alittle rough with smaller kittens, so he may do best with a kitten his own size or bigger.

His birthdate is estimated as 8/2/08. He has a beautiful long coat, mostly white with buff spots.

Oden's adoption fee is $75, and if you adopt a pair the fee is $130. The fee includes his neuter, he's been tested for feline leukemia, he'll be up to date on shots and worming, treated for fleas and ear mites and comes with a complementary well visit with one of our 3 participating vets.

Please contact for an application and to arrange a visit with Oden. Or come by our adoption center at Mariposa Veterinary Center on Saturday's from 1 to 5.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oden, a Lenexa Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Lenexa, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Lenexa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lenexa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lenexa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lenexa paves the way for another one to be saved.
