Konrad's Info...

Konrad's Story...
Konrad is gorgeous. He has the thickest, softest, blackest fur. His coat looks like he might have a little Persian in him. Konrad loves to play and he is a cuddler. Konrad will do fine in a home with children 8 or older. Konrad is still very young. We guess his birthday to be around November 6th, 2008 so he is to young to release however. He should be available to go to his new home around the middle of January. Now is the time to pre-adopt him. His adoption fee is $85.00 He will be neutered, current on vaccinations and tested for feline leukemia. You will also receive a free well exam with his adoption. You can visit Konrad at our adoption center at Mariposa Vet Clinic on Saturdays from Noon - 5. Mariposa Vet Clinic is located at 13900 Sante Fe Trail Drive in Old Town Lenexa OR you can visit Konrad at his foster home in Shawnee. An application is required prior to visiting Konrad at his foster home. Just e-mail kittycityks@aol.com or call 913-422-1911 and one will be e-mailed to you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Konrad, a Lenexa Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Lenexa, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Lenexa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lenexa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lenexa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lenexa paves the way for another one to be saved.
