Togo's Story...
Togo is a little boy and he came to us with several siblings. He is shown here with a blue squeegy around his neck. He and his siblings are all brown tabbys and most have the beautiful Leopard spots or stripes typical in many Bengals. They are all very outgoing, friendly and very playful. We estimate their birthday to be around December 8th 2008 so they are all still babies. Togo's adoption fee is $85 or you can adopt him with one of his siblings and get both for $150. The adoption fee includes the spay or neuter. All cats are current on age appropriate vaccinations, flea and worm treatments. Everyone is tested for feline leukemia and also receives a free well exam at one of our participating Vets.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Togo, a Lenexa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lenexa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Lenexa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lenexa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lenexa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lenexa paves the way for another one to be saved.
