Shiloh's Story...
Hi!
Aren't I the ultimate scruffy dog? I have been in Foster, RI for a little while, as I needed rest and recuperation. I did not like that noisy shelter in Louisiana much, where I had been placed after being found as a stray. I am extremely perceptive in my nature and did not like what was all around me...larger dogs! I have come a long way, as I now eagerly jump into my foster mom's lap and kiss her ecstatically! I do like kids, but can be a bit skittish at first. I am only one year old and weigh around 14 pounds. I would love a family which is around in the day, to attend to my love of companionship. Another, non-aggressive dog would be fine, as would an older, respectful child. My fee of 395. covers all vetting to date, altering, a Heartworm neg.
test, transport to RI, a Health Certificate and I have my own blanket and leash as well.
Please ask about me if you are in RI, eastern CT, Maine, western MA, Cape Cod, Manhattan, NYC, or are near Boston, Fall River or Worcester. Please call Judy at 401 640-0082 with any questions...would LOVE a fur-ever family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shiloh, a Foster Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Foster, or seeking a Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Foster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foster paves the way for another one to be saved.
