Information
Sam is a very sweet little beagle. He is 24 pounds, and definitely needs to gain some weight. He was very nervous when he arrived, so we've given him some time to settle. He loves people, and just wants to be around you. When we come home from work, he hears our voices, and his tail goes a mile a minute. He is such a people dog. He's happiest when he can cuddle with someone. He's doing very well with our 4 dogs (sizes from 30 to 70 pounds). He wasn't sure of them at first, but once he settled in he was fine with them. He likes romping in the yard. I don't know if he's ever been walked on leash, as he's a bit uncertain about that, but he's definitely doing better. He also didn't know about stairs, but we've worked with him and he is good with them, too! He is just a sweet, low key guy who wants a family to love him.
