Phoebe Jo was rescued from a horrible puppy mill in TN in November 2014 by Animal Rescue Corps. When she was rescued we realized that she was pregnant but now she's had her puppies and they are weaned and Phoebe Jo is ready for HER new life! Phoebe Jo is a special girl to us so she needs a special family. Phoebe Jo loves to be with her people so she will do best where someone is always home or she can go to work with her person. She is about 2 years old, weighs 5 pounds and is FULL of personality! She loves to sleep in the bed with her people also! Phoebe Jo gets along fine with other dogs, cats and does fine with kids (she is very small though so may not be best with younger kids).
