My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Franklin. I am a silly, sensitive, soulful little boy. I am extremely smart and eager to please. I can be bit shy at first, but quickly warm up! I've heard it said that I have a sweet, gentle charm, and intelligence. I’m super mellow, and rarely bark inside the house. I am super good with kids and other dogs, and I love my sister, Frannie to pieces!

My siblings and I were found starving, skinny and abandoned in an industrial zone of South Central, LA (no place for young pups) but were luckily rescued by nice people. Now I'm just aching for my very own family to call my own, ideally with Frannie, but if not, hopefully with another fun pup to play with! I am 14 lbs of pure love, about 1 and a half years old, potty-trained, and know basic commands. I'm also neutered, up to date on shots, mircochipped and healthy.

If you give me a chance, I will make your heart melt! I'll thoroughly enjoy long walks with you and playtime and snuggle time. I’m sure to win you over as I stare adoringly into your eyes, and I would love to be your best friend.
