Martin's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Martin's Story...
Martin was pulled from Cobb County Animal Control. He is an absolute stunning and well mannered dog.He is very large and weighs 80 lbs but is Very calm and quiet. Rides perfectly in the car, walks fantastic on the leash and seems to be great with other dogs. He is approx 1 and a half year old and is currently going through his heartworm treatment. We are looking for a home who has the understanding that he has to be kept calm for 90 days, starting 2/16/15 to ensure a full recovery.
Keeping calm means he can be around his humans and snuggle and go for a walk, only stressful situations have to be eliminated for 90 days. After that he is safe and good to go and chase balls and birds :-)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Martin, a Lawrenceville Anatolian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Anatolian Shepherd for sale in Lawrenceville, or seeking a Anatolian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Lawrenceville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lawrenceville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lawrenceville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Anatolian Shepherd breeders who help with Anatolian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lawrenceville paves the way for another one to be saved.
