Aves's Story...
"Aves" has been at the shelter since January 2nd and would really like to find her home. Her brother has been adopted and she is still here. She is a very sweet young girl, who is a bit shy at first but can steal anyone's heart with just the wagging of her little stub of a tail. Her adoption fee is $100.00 and that fee will cover the cost of her spay surgery, all of her vaccines, and a registered microchip. If you are interested in adopting Aves, please contact the animal shelter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Aves, a Greenville Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Greenville, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Greenville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greenville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greenville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greenville paves the way for another one to be saved.
