Our beloved Sheba has one job at the shelter, to love everyone she meets. born 11/13/2009 Her personality continues to blossom at the shelter. Her Husky nature is tempered with a retriever mix (we think). Playful, affectionate, and intelligent which are all characteristics of the Husky as well as a unique fawn colored coat which is striking. She is a medium sized fur ball of love and fun. We love and adore this girl who was abandoned and we are lucky to have her. She might be good at agility if someone was interested. She was easily crate trained and possibly house trained. She has really bonded with the volunteers at the shelter. She walks by Teri's side in the pasture staying close. The name of Sheba is basically a girls name and is usually pronounced as SHEE-bah. It draws down to be of a Hebrew origin and it literally means 'promise'.She really needs to be with someone who needs her in return. And she is definitely full of promise.
