Important Note

Charlie is best friends with Cadfael. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Charlie needs an experienced adopter because she is a little bit shy. He wasn't rescued until he was about 4 months old (he's only 2 1/2 now), so while he used to seeing people, he wasn't really used to being touched and all of that. But he positively adores it now! He has to get to know you a little bit first so he can make sure that you are okay !He positively loves to be brushed. You can brush him for hours and he absolutely will not complain! He both has quite a bit of fur. He's not a terrible shedder but he does leave a little bit of fur around!
He love to play, either with a laser toy, or a toy on a string with you, or even just with cat springs and balls! And of course, we play a mean game of tag through the house!
He is a fairly big boy, so he can be quite snuggly! He has pristine litterbox habits provided the litter box is big enough of course! Sometimes it's hard to remember that just because all four of your feet fit in the box, perhaps other parts of you might still be hanging out!
He is not fussy about food, and will eat just about any kind of wet or dry that you have on hand! He does like treats at night though, if that's ok of course!

About The Cat Network

About Our Rescue Group...

Mission Statement: The Cat Network is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit, 501(c) (3), no-kill and life-enhancing cat rescue group. Since 1991, we have rescued and placed thousands of abandoned, abused, stray and shelter cats and kittens in St. Louis, Missouri and surrounding areas. After their rescue, the cats and kittens are provided medical care, tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, micro-chipped and spayed or neutered. Cats and kittens are kept in foster care and then placed in loving permanent homes whenever possible.
