My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there folks my name is Scout. I'm a year old and I've had a pretty rough start. I was picked up by some nice lady at the Boys & Girls Club here in town after someone hit me with their car. It hurt really bad but the nice lady took me to the vet and they tried to fix my leg but couldn't . Next thing I know I wake up and my leg is gone. It was weird at first but now I don't even miss it and all the pain is gone. I can run and play just like the other dogs. I can even out run the kids because they only have 2 legs.

I'm really really smart... I've learned all kinds of things from the nice lady that I'm staying with. She taught me how to walk on a leash and how to go outside and potty. She says that I'm ready now for my forever home. She said I will get new people who will love me so much and play with me. I'm just waiting now but I'm so excited to meet my forever people and lick their faces for the first time.
