Chubbs is just a puppy and will need an adopter committed to teaching him everything he needs to know. He is curious and smart and loves to play with toys! The cost of his adoption does not include the cost of his neuter surgery. Once adopted, he will be transported to a local veterinarian where he will be released to his adopters once payment to the clinic is complete.
