Agnes is a boxer, approximately 7-8 years old. She has lots of spunk for an older gal.  She is housebroken as long as you make her go out (she's not fond of the cold weather). She prefers being the only pet, she's an easygoing girl. She loves tennis balls and squeaky toys. She came to the rescue as a stray and was underweight, had hair loss, and itchy skin.. Since being put on a good diet, she is not itchy anymore, and she has put on some weight. She is spayed, HW neg, chipped and UTD. Her adoption fee is $75.

Help raise money for our rescue dogs; donation can be made via PayPal account -

You must be willing to commute to the location that the pet is being fostered in order to be eligible to adopt. We do not ship our pets. We also require that you personally bring the pet back to us should the adoption not work out.

We do NOT negotiate adoption fees.  Our fees have not changed in years, although vetting, food, supplies, etc has all gone up.  All money goes to our dogs and the running of this rescue.  We are 100% volunteered based.

Adoption fees are non-refundable.

Please expect any new pet you bring into your house to need an adjustment period.

About Purebred Rescue Organization of Ohio, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

Purebred Rescue Organization is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, spay/neuter/vaccinate of adoptable dogs into new, loving homes. We rely strongly on the cell dog programs to train, socialize, and rehabilitate our dogs to enhance their adoptability.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Most of our pets are in the cell dog program, but visit our website for upcoming adoption events in the Dayton, Cincinnati & Columbus area.

Our Adoption Process...

Visit our website and complete an application to adopt in order to be considered for adopting a pet. After your application has been received and reviewed, references will be checked, your veterinarian will be contacted. You must be willing to drive to where the dog is being fostered to meet the dog and a volunteer. An adoption contract is then completed as the final document in the adoption process.
