Jack's Story...
Jack is a very sweet 1 year old kitty. He was rescued from behind a dumpster at an apartment complex with his siblings as a kitten. He is shy at first and may take a few days to warm up to new surroundings but once he is settled he rubs on you, purrs and loves being petted. He loves toys and is very active and playful. Jack loves his sister Liz and they have been together since they were born and would love to be adopted together if possible. Jack has mild epilepsy which he doesn't need medication for and he is 100% fine at home but when he is overly stressed out he may have a seizure. He is also on prescription food for crystals in his urine. It's not too expensive and he has been fine since starting on the new diet. He does love his nightly temptations though. He is a wonderful boy that deserves a good home. He is $85.00 to adopt which includes his neuter, shots and combo test that were already done. If Jack and Liz are adopted together it's $150.00 for the two of them. IF INTERESTED IN HIM PLEASE EMAIL HIS FOSTER AT: sweetbeamie09@netscape.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack, a East Brunswick Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in East Brunswick, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in East Brunswick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in East Brunswick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a East Brunswick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in East Brunswick paves the way for another one to be saved.
