Buck's Story...
Meet Buck!! A very loving and playful 1 year old boxer. He is looking for someone to shower him with love, attention, and patience. He gets anxious when you leave so someone who is predominantly home would be the best type of home for him. He is fully potty trained and roams free in the house when we do leave. He typically lays on the back of the couch, on the window sill waiting for our return! He walks perfectly on a leash and loves car rides. He just wants to be wherever you are. When you walk into another room, Buck will be right next to you to help with whatever chore you are tackling. Buck is extremely loving and adores kids as well. He is also cat friendly. He will chase a kitty but is also more than happy to share his person's lap with the cat. Playing with a tennis ball is one of his most favorite activities. Can you give Buck the love and attention he deserves?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buck, a Winchester Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Winchester, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Winchester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winchester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winchester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winchester paves the way for another one to be saved.
