Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What can we say about our sweet little Bob? You just look at him and want to snuggle up in his soft, curly fur. Bob is just as happy playing with his foster siblings as he is relaxing with a good Nylabone, observing the activities around him.
While he may be a bit slower than his foster siblings (more on that in a little bit), Bob LOVES to wrastle with the best of them. He taps out to go lay down when he needs to rest, but hops right back in. He loves to explore the outside, roll in the grass, and does well on car rides. Bob is definitely a people dog as he enjoys getting cozy under the covers and having a part of his body touching yours, whether it be his back, leg or rumpous. He loves the feeling of being safe and secure. One funny thing Bob does is when we first lay out a clean blanket for his bed he gets all excited and does his little hoppy, grunty dance and rubs his head all up on it and just seems to smile.
While Bob is verbal, he is not a barker aside from the occasional... "Hey, you guys! Our sitter is at the gate to come walk us!" He is not a chewer, aside from his toys and Nylabones. All in all, Bob is a very well-mannered pup. He is potty trained, but if it is necessary to have him in the house for a longer length of time, he will use a pee pad and is also crate trained.
Bob truly has had a journey to travel with some bumps along the way, but that hasn't changed his sweet little personality. You see, Bob was rescued when found living on the streets, abandoned and neglected. No one stopped to help him when he barely could walk, looking for any scrap of food he could find. He had a broken front leg. Once DogTag: You're It! got the call to help, we did. He was able to get two corrective surgeries by a wonderful orthopedic surgeon, went into foster care, and that just hasn't stopped him one bit.
