Billy Joel is a gentle little boy, about 35 pounds and 2ish, who is shy at first but with patience and lots of love and a gentle touch he comes around, he is not feral. he was in a foster home where he thrived and was happy and loving. He needs a committed home where he can be loved. Other dogs are a must for Billy for the security and companionship he thrives on. Billy is also great with cats. A fenced in yard would be a must also. Billy Joel deserves a great life. If interested in fostering Billy Joel please contact Barbara@k9safehouse.org.
