Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chief and Marley got taken to the shelter when their family had a change of lifestyle. They are both great looking handsome guys. Chief is more outgoing;and is such a handsome guy , he looks full blooded but of course there are no papers, but who cares about papers? HE just needs a safe place to call home. He's 5 years old. Take him a chewie, he doesn't get out much to exercise and he as well as the other dogs are thrilled to see grass. So give them a chance to enjoy the outdoors when you first take them out to meet them in the exercise area at the shelter.. It is a welcome site from being cooped up inside all day.
The shelter address: 650 John Howell Memorial Drive in Lincolnton. 704 736 4125. Open 6 days a week; M-Sat 11 to 4:30 and Closed Sunday. Adoption fee of 85.00 includes the spay or neuter , another disease preventative vaccine ,a rabies vaccine, microchip and 30 days of free pet health insurance, as well as worming. It is a great deal!
