My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Apollo, a super handsome and sweet dog. He loves getting attention and having his ears rubbed. Apollo gets along well with other dogs and with children of all ages. He has been around cats in two different times, and both times he wanted to chase them, so we think he needs a home without cats. Apollo loves to be outside and to go for walks. We think a fenced yard would be best for him and he would love to have a dog buddy to run around the yard with. He is not hyper at all, just young and curious and playful. Apollo is attending basic obedience classes to socialize with other dogs and learn some basic skills. His foster mom says he is smart--he does have a stubborn streak sometimes, though--that's the Beagle in him!! Like most young dogs, Apollo can get into things and he is starting to learn the rules. He is doing better with being kenneled and is pulling less on a leash. He has so much love to share and is learning so much already. Apollo would be an awesome dog for a family who is willing to continue to work with him.

This dog’s adoption fee is $225. Adopters must live within 150 miles or 3 hours drive of the Quad City area.
