My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Shea was rescued from the outdoors when she got curious about the tin of tuna fish, and was thus caught in a trap. She was brought inside where she promptly and cheerfully adjusted to being an indoor kitten. She bonded with the teenage cat already present, and the two are often found chasing each other about and engaging in wrestling matches, which turn into cuddle and grooming sessions, which then turn back into wrestling and chasing each other about. The sweet girl is very loving with her people, although the arrival of new people will have her initially scampering off to hide under the bed. Shea eventually relaxes though, and she'll come back out to play. She alternates between being rambunctious and quiet - rambunctious at playtime, quiet when lounging in sunbeams or cuddling. While not a huge fan of being picked up, she really does adore human interaction on her own terms, like at night when she will jump up on the bed and ask to snuggle under the blankets with you. Shea will hop up in laps and lean in for scritches, and then hop back down to scamper about and explore. Shea is an intelligent, curious, friendly kitten who would love a home with friendly people and possibly another feline companion.
