My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mr. Jones came to us completely unaware of dog behavior…he walked on tables, did not know how to climb steps, walk on a leash, what a cat was, what grass felt like…we are guessing this poor little man may have been kept inside a small room for most or all of his life before we were lucky enough to find him.

Our fosters have spent many hours socializing him and he is now ready for adoption, we just ask for your patience as he continues to master the art of potty-training!

This handsome, little red Chihuahua is about 4 years old and weighs 5lbs. Although he can be shy at first, he loves people, and gives lots and lots of kisses.

Mr. Jones enjoys riding in the car and is happy to travel with you. He is also trying to master the game of fetch, but he has yet to find a ball small enough for his little mouth so he will push the ball back to you!

He is good with cats and other dogs, but we think he likes his human guardians the best. If you are looking for a loving, sweet and portable love bug and have compassion in your heart to continue to work with him then this little guy will adore you for life!
