Facts about Cadet

  • Breed: Shiba Inu/Corgi Mix
  • Color: Tan/Yellow/Fawn
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Male
Cadet is a happy, affectionate boy who is too smart for his own good. He enjoys playing with the other dogs in his foster house, getting cheek and belly rubs and playing with stuffed animals. He will entertain himself with plush toys by throwing them around and chasing them, essentially playing fetch with himself.

We tried to get a video of this, but he decided to be incredibly sweet and affectionate instead. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCuNu3oCGxw. He does best on a leash when a front-clip, no pull harness is used and has done pretty well as a running buddy.

We are convinced he is mixed with Shiba Inu and his personality is quite indicative of this. Please have experience and preference for this unique canine disposition, or at the very least have done your homework.

Cadet is about 2-3 years old (8/31/16).
