Leila's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and not good with dogs.

Leila's Story...
Leila is a spunky little girl, who's ready for her new home. Like most little dogs she will pick her one person, and love them the most! She loves to act silly and cuddle with her person, and she always wants to be with them. She enjoys long walks and walks like a princess on a leash. She's also a VERY good girl when she has to be groomed.
Leila is not a fan of other dogs, big or small. She'd do best as your only baby, or maybe with a bigger non playful dog that wouldn't show any interest in her.
Leila also is somewhat nervous around small children, as are most little dogs. Her ideal situation would be in a quieter household where she can soak up all the love with her adult family. Please contact Bev at 804-248-3042 or

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leila, a richmond Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in richmond, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
