Facts about Handsome Jack Sparrow

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair

  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 8284082-Sheri / Jill

Meet Jack Sparrow, a beautiful and charismatic three year old who is great with people both familiar and new. Jack loves to cuddle, play with his cat toys, and lord over his domain. He does play rather rough with other cats and can even be a little aggressive with dogs, however, so Jack should probably be an only-cat.

But either way, handsome Jack Sparrow is looking to meet that special human to be his new forever friend and provide him a warm and loving new forever home. Give him a little love and care and he will undoubtedly make a wonderful life-long companion.

Check out a video of Jack playing with a cat toy and enjoying some smooth jazz on Youtube here: http://youtu.be/NpMk9TZ6pKY

Jack Sparrow tested negative for FeLV but positive for FIV (which just means that he has to be an indoor cat, eat a high-quality diet, and go to the vet regularly -- which is what should happen for all cats anyway). Jack is also fixed, healthy, and ready to adopt now, so contact us for details or to schedule a time to be won over by this charming scoundrel! Email Sheri at baaadoptions@gmail.com

Thank you for thinking of animals in need - your support allows us to help the next furry sweetheart!

About Brooklyn Animal Action

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a Brooklyn-based group of volunteers committed to improving the lives of animals in distress by working with our communities. We are dedicated to Trap-Neuter-Release programs, finding homes for adoptable animals, performing community outreach and education, and engaging in advocacy.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Please email us at BrooklynAnimalAction@gmail.com if you are interested in meeting one of our rescued cats.

Our Adoption Process...

Interested adopters can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt one of our animals, they must fill out an adoption application. If that is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for a donation to help us continue our work.
