My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Leo is a loving little boy who is recovering from a bad case of Demodectic Mange which is NOT contagious. He has been on medication and his hair is slowly growing in. Other than this minor issue, he is very healthy. Leo is going to look even more adorable once his skin and hair return back to normal.

Leo is in a foster home with three other dogs (all female) and they do well together. There are also cats in the home and although Leo sometimes tries to chase them, he will stop if he is told "no." Leo is house trained and doing really well for the most part with an occasional accident now and then since he is still learning. He does like to jump so he would need to be monitored around small children. His foster home is working with Leo on his manners. It appears he must have been fed table food or possibly was sadly forced to eat out of garbage cans in the past, so he likes to beg and they are trying to break this habit.

Leo LOVES to be cuddled and loves playing with toys. He also enjoys car rides and can be quite excited at first, but will then settle down. He is crate trained during the night and does well as long as the crate is in the same room as his humans. Would you like to open your heart and your home for this sweet boy?
