My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This darling girl was found running down the road on a very cold night. My husband pulled over and picked her up. She was so glad to be out of the cold. She actually had a couple of ticks on her. We put ads out but were not able to find her owners and she had no collar or microchip. So now she has had her vaccines and been spayed and is almost ready to go to her forever home. She is working on house training and almost has it down. She is very smart and minds so well. She is just a happy, goofy playful puppy. She gets along great with the cats and dogs she is fostered with. She prefers to sleep in the bed with the humans but because of all the other dogs she understands she has to take turns. But I know she can't wait for the day she has her very own family when she no longer has to wait her turn. She currently weighs 17 pounds and we estimate she is about 15 weeks old.
This pup has received at least 2 sets of Distemper/Parvo vaccines, 1 Bordetella vaccine. It has been wormed at least twice and has been spayed/neutered. It is currently on Flea/tick prevention and Heartworm prevention. If the pup is over 6 months of age it has also been tested for Heartworms. If the pup tested positive for heartworms, we treat them before they leave for their forever homes. Please email Jennifer at jenniferjmcbride@aol.com for an adoption application or if you have questions about this pup. This pup’s adoption fee is $350 which covers all the vetting mentioned above plus the extra vet visit and Interstate Health Certificate required for the pup to travel and the transport fee charged by the transport company that will transport this adopted pup from the South to his/her forever home in the North. We use a few different transport companies to help accommodate our adopters. Please feel free to check out their websites to familiarize yourself with their meeting locations to see if one company suits you better.
