Cookie's Info...

I am already neutered, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with cats.

Cookie's Story...
This sweet face belongs to Cookie, a wonderful 7 year old boy who is looking for his new forever family. Cookie came in with his friend Blackie after their owner passed away. Cookie was extremely scared and took a long time to feel safe here. He's finally coming out of his shell and feeling comfortable with us. Cookie loves being pet and has an instant purr. He is in a room with other cats and enjoys their company, but would do best in a home without dogs and young children. Cookie is a sensitive and gentle soul who would make a wonderful and loving companion. Do you have a spot in your home and heart for a sweet boy like Cookie? Please call us for more information. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cookie, a Colville Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Colville, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Colville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colville paves the way for another one to be saved.
