Sybil's Story...
Name: Sybil
Color: White
Breed: Pit Bull Terrier
Gender: Female
Age: 2 Years 6 Months
This is Sybil. She has had a rough start in life. First, she was given away on craigslist and forced to be a mother. She had her puppies and was of no use to her owners anymore so they just left her outside to run off. Thankfully, she wound up here and is in need of a loving forever home.
Big fan of: Sybil will need regular exercise to keep you and her happy! She needs to lose that baby weight but she is an active dog that needs an outlet. She would make a great jogging buddy!
Dream Home: She will need to go to positive based obedience classes with you and you will need to sign her up before her adoption can be finalized. Sybil loves other dogs and would love a dog sibling to play and romp with. She could live with a confident cat. She would love to live with older kids who will help keep her social and exercised.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sybil, a Bellingham Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Bellingham, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Bellingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
