My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a male Pekingese mix. I am about 2 years old and weigh 13.1 lbs. I am neutered, heartworm negative, current on shots, micro-chipped and on flea/heartworm prevention. My adoption is $200.

I was abandoned by my owner along with my brother Bean. My owner’s roommate turned us in to Animal Control. We were so terrified at the shelter that we needed to go to rescue.

I had a cyst on my tail that the rescue had removed. I would do best in a quiet home without kids. I would also benefit from training to become more social.

Please email for an application. A New Beginning Pet Rescue, Inc. only accepts cash. We do not have the ability to accept credit or debit cards and no longer accept checks. The pets are available to be seen at our adoption events on weekends at the Petsmart in Altamonte Springs on Saturday from 11-4:30 and Sunday from 12-4:30.
